Initial Conversation

After you reach out, we schedule a conversation through your preferred contact method to discuss the details.

We’ll talk about your desired project, budget, timeline, and any special considerations we should know about.

At AVR, we strongly believe that the more we know about our client, the better that we can meet their expectations. We will also ask you about your wants and needs in a contractor to make sure we can provide the best possible experience.

On-Site Project Review

At the end of our Initial Conversation we will schedule a time to meet at your home to review the project in greater detail.

Together we will walk through your desired new space, discuss in detail the extent of the project and how we can make the space perfect for you.

We will take pictures & measurements of your home during this visit to help us prepare a Detailed Scope of Work & Preliminary Estimate.

Detailed Scope of Work
and Preliminary Estimate

Within 2 weeks after your On-Site Project Review we will send you a Detailed Scope of Work & Preliminary Estimate.

Together, we will review the estimate and discuss any questions you may have and changes you would like to see made. We will discuss the overall cost of the project as well as material allowances and your options to reduce costs or make upgrades.

Once we are sure we have all of your needs addressed, we will revise the Scope of Work and schedule a final walkthrough.

Final Estimate & Contract Agreement

Together, our team will perform a final evaluation of your project to ensure that no detail is missed. Within a week, you will receive our Final Estimate.

Our Final Estimate is just that, FINAL!!
We stand behind our pricing and we put it in writing. You will feel confident knowing that the price you are given is the price you will pay.
